Ready to take your emotional regulation to the next level, check out the virtual Joyful Movement experiences (or LIVE in Raleigh, NC) I offer weekly below.
We all know that moving the body is good for the mind, body and soul.
In fact, movement is one of the Anchors highlighted in the ADHD Supports Guide for emotional regulation.
But, not all movement (or exercise) is created equal. Studies show that intentional movement, like group dance,
has the biggest impact on the brain.
Simply, intentional movement is when you tell your body to move a certain way and it does.
Wait a minute...that sounds just like Groove!
What is GROOVE?
GROOVE is a dynamically fun, interactive and creative group dance experience
for EVERY BODY either virtually via Zoom or LIVE in Raleigh, NC
I like to think of GROOVE as joyful movement, a way to "practice joy", regulate emotions and create new neural pathways in the ADHD brain.
While exploring a variety of styles and genres of music, Groovers are guided to
UNITE in a few simple movements per song in their own UNIQUE way.
From slow, meditative grooves to heart thumping and strength building cardio beats
it’s the perfect recipe for nurturing body, mind, heart and soul (and getting fit in the process).
It's super simple, no experience is necessary and you absolute can't get it wrong!
And, it's an incredibly effective Vibe Care Tool!
EMOTIONAL
GROOVING boosts mood, reduces stress and creates new, joyful neural pathways
COGNITIVE
